On Thursday, April 25, the Federation of Chemistry and Parachemistry (FCP) held its board meeting at the Grand Mogador in Casablanca to finalize points on organizing the 2nd edition of the International Chemistry Forum which will be held on May 15 & 16 at the Marriott in Rabat. Before the board meeting, the FCP organized the third edition of chemistry mornings for 2024. This morning was devoted to the regulation of cosmetic products and was remarkably led by Dr. Omar BENJELLOUN, Head of the Pharmacy Division at the Directorate of Medicine and Pharmacy (DMP) and an expert in this field.

 More than 50 representatives of companies members of the federation, active in various sectors of chemistry and cosmetics, attended a presentation on the functioning of the regulatory system for the cosmetics sector in Morocco. This presentation was followed by an exchange on the importance of structural and regulatory reforms to come on the cosmetics industry.
